These terms cover this website and any demo, call or proposal from Standing Pilot LLC, a Utah company ("Standing Pilot", "we"). If you sign a service agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from this page.
We set up and run office software, phone answering, customer texting and billing tools for trade shops. The list of what each module does, and which ones are running today, is on every one of the 90. Anything marked "on the build list" is not promised until it is in your signed agreement.
The value you get depends on things we don't control: how many calls you get, how much builder and phase work you do, your prices, your crew, and whether your team uses the system as set up. Numbers on this site, in demos and in sample screens are examples, not a promise of what your shop will see. We don't promise revenue, savings, booked jobs or any other result.
Any guarantee, refund or credit applies only as written in your signed agreement, with its conditions (for example: your line forwards to ours, and the modules we installed stay switched on). Nothing said on a call, in an ad or on this site adds to it. A change of mind, a slow season, or not using the system is not grounds for a refund unless your agreement says so.
Quotes, invoices and messages to your customers are drafted for your approval. You are responsible for what you approve and send, for your prices, and for your licensing, permits and warranty obligations to your customers.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about our service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect or consequential losses. Software and phone service can have outages; we work to keep them short, and your agreement says what happens if one runs long.
If something isn't working, tell us first at [email protected] or (435) 241-3111 and give us 30 days to fix it. These terms are governed by Utah law.
Texts and calls to your customers go out once your shop's texting registration clears; until then they are drafted and wait for your approval. Card and bank payments switch on once your payment account is connected. Photos on this site are illustrations, not customers, and sample screens show a made-up shop.
